Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 Days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the delivery date.
Any issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us after 72 hours of receiving the order.
Claims not made within 72 hours about misprinted/damaged/defective items, we will not be liable to take any further action including issuing refunds.
Order failed to deliver
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of a wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed during delivery, it’ll be returned to our print team.
Our print team will hold your order for 28 days at no cost. Please contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
New shipping charges will be applied for orders returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
If the order is not claimed within the 28 days period hold at the facility, the unclaimed returns get donated to charity. If the returns address isn't used upon returning the item, we will not be liable for any returned shipments and refunds.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
If you place your order to the wrong address or a failure to claim the shipment, the items won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity and a refund will not be issued.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will then investigate the case further. We are happy to send a replacement at no cost to you once we feel the case has met our requirements.
What if the shipping address is past the estimated delivery time?
If the address was correct, and If your package still hasn’t arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbours to ask if they might have seen your package.
If the shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we will look into the case further.
What if the package is marked as delivered, but haven't received it yet?
If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you haven't received it, we recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
Non Refundable Items
We do not accept returns of sealed goods (swimwear etc), such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do not refund returns for products, face masks and offer any size exchanges.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Alexa Rae Styles reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
